Out
of the Box Consulting, Inc. was formed in April of 2000. Tony and
myself (Oliver) formed the company after our previous employer got
sick of turning down requests to contract us through his company. Our previous
employer was an insurance agency that had spent millions developing a custom
Agency Management System for use in house. Tony and myself spearheaded this
effort. We decided to form the company and have been going strong ever since.
We have worked on
many different projects since then. Our background now includes insurance
software, imaging, manufacturing, accounting, dental, construction, and
travel. Most of our customers are themselves developers. We specialize
in what everyone else doesn't! In other words, we normally are contracted
to do the more complex pieces of systems dealing with odd interfacing,
external controls, custom controls and just what some of our customers
call "the hard parts".
