This
is our flagship product, for Interpreting And Translation Agencies. I病m
provides many features such as, job scheduling, multi-job invoicing, and
extensive reporting. You can do mailmerges with MS Word to print confirmation
letters, job worksheets, liens, or any other type of mailmerge document you
need.
I病m includes many time saving and cost saving features. You can send a job
request to a single interpreter or a whole group of interpreters via email,
fax, or even to their cellular phone or text pager! All the screens have
lookups so you don't have to reenter data. Just a few clicks or key entry's
is all it takes to create a job. Also, with the I病m Today background, you
can see all your jobs and scheduled interpreters for the day, just by starting
the application. Click on a job and the job entry screen pops up with all the
details for that job right at your fingertips.

With
its advanced and comprehensive reporting, I病m can help you lower the number of
errors associated with billing and interpreter payments. It even has a report
that gives you interpreter payment totals to help you fill out 1099's. I病m
includes a custom reporting tool, so that you can even make you own reports!
All clients, be they patients, doctors, laywers, hospitals, whatever, are stored
in the client table. You select on a per job bases who the billing party is.
The job screen allows you to select up to three parties involved in a job, any
of which can be chosen as the billing party. You can pick the location for the
job based on information in the job table, or enter a location manually.

This
is our Electronic Filing system. It is used in lieu of a File Cabinet or
Paper Filing System. It allows for you to file away documents from different
diverse systems. For instance, you can set it up so you can file documents
around your contact management system, or your inventory tracking system.

It can be used by a very diverse group of businesses. Sales
firms, insurance companies/agencies, doctor's offices, manufacturing firms,
travel agencies, etc. It is extremely variable. The reason for this is a
modularized design that allows for the system to be customized for just
about any backend system. The piece of the system that makes the relationship
to your system, be it an office management system or a
spreadsheet (yes, you can even attach it to a spreadsheet or a text file),
is custom written to suit your needs. This piece of the system can be written
in nearly any programming language, it just needs to follow a few guidelines
we've created and your set. |

Document
Explorer can file away most any type of document you can think up. It can
then display and print most if not all of these types of files. How? Document
Explorer uses Windows API calls to detect what type of file you are trying
to file/open/print and then uses whatever you have installed to display
that file type to open or print the file. This way, when you look at the
icon of the file in Document Explorer, you will see the same icon you would
if you were looking at the document sitting in your My Documents folder.

Drag
and Drop is also supported. Much easier that Cut/Copy/Paste (also supported
though) to use, and much quicker. You can move a single document, or an
entire section of your folder hierarchy to another area of the system.

Documents
are filed away within folders, and folders can be stored within folders
allowing you to create a virtual file cabinet. Except in this file cabinet,
you'll actually be able to find that old invoice or sound clip you've been
looking for! Document Explorer comes with an advanced query search tool
that will find just what you're looking for.

Threading is an advanced computing concept that allows multiple
operations to be executed simultaneously. Document Explorer uses a form
of threading to allow you to continue with your work while it searches for
documents in the background. It even uses threading to load the main folder
list, just in case you have a folder tree that's a mile long.
Sometimes there are
documents that are for your eyes only. We understand this and prepared
for it. A confidential option allows you to flag documents for your eyes
only. Basically the documents can only be viewed by your username.
Everything created/deleted/filed
into document explorer is logged with a date/time and username giving
you the peace of mind to go about your work not worrying about lost documents,
misfiled documents, etc. If it was worked on, you can be confident that
document explorer has a log of it
